I had a really great stay at Amara Hanoi Hotel. The location is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super easy to explore. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with warm lotus cinnamon tea. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the 'Pho' that reminded me of my childhood. However, the window in my room was a bit small, but it didn't impact my overall experience much.

Ms. Luna and her team provided really good service, helping me with everything from booking transportation to packing snacks for my early departure. However, some decor elements felt a bit tired, and I hope they follow through with their planned renovations soon.
